If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days of
the invoice date, you may return it for an exchange only. All non-defective
returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, depends on returned
item condition. shipping & handling is Non-Refundable. Before returning
any item, you must contact our returns department using our RMA
FORM within thirty days of your invoice and we will provide you with
return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number,
the RMA no. are only good for 5 days from the day of issue. Racinglab
will only offer a refund on unopened items. Defective items may be returned
for a same-item exchange only.
In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with
shipping prepaid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in
original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your
credit. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to

for factory defects prior to installation. Once attempts of installation
have been made, all light products are not returnable. No cancellation,

Racinglab will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We have
provided detail information & specification of items we sell on this
site for customers to review before purchase.
For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $5.00
or 10%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated with processing
your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable
We will issue a full refund for the product when your return meets these
guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances
where the return is a result of our error.
Damaged Products If your product has been damaged in shipment; you must
contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please call us toll-free immediately
at 1-510-785-0853. Our customer service representatives will guide you
through a return and replacement.

All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer Warranty after the first
30 days from the invoice's date. Manufacturer warranties vary and are
included with your product and should be reviewed carefully for additional
information. Racinglab provides a 30-day guarantee on the workmanship
of products. After 30 days, any defect in the product must be addressed
directly with the manufacturer. Please review the manufacturer information
you receive with your new product to learn more about the manufacturer
warranty.
